Almadina is a major city in the Aden Province of the Republic of al-Mashriq within the Yatan Commonwealth's Arab-Saharan Cooperative. Historically Almadina acted as the capital of the sovereign Republic of Almadina until its eventual annexation by The Confederacy, leading to it becoming a part of the Arab Federation until it joined the Commonwealth. Almadina is one of the most important port cities by the Bab al-Mandab strait, making it important for trade.
