An alarming trend began being reported as an individual known simply as 'The Uniter' had been travelling between known Crimson Cults with the goal of unifying all of them under one banner in order to achieve his goals, prompting the SDS Foundation to launch an investigation in order to hunbt down all cults they could before they aligned with the Uniter, with all governments that had information being asked to provide it.
