The Auld Alliance was an alliance between the nations of the British Isles. Due to this, The nations of the islands have remained at relative peace with each other and co-operated outside of occasional incidents originating from England and the Irish Revolution, the alliance held together as Wales and Scotland always shut down any conflict. This period of stability ended when Scotland was kicked out of the alliance due to becoming authoritarian. Thanks to the lack of a mediator, once England entered a period of political chaos and civil war the Auld Alliance collapsed.
