Bob Walker (March 20th, Year 44 - July 12th, Year 95) was a Spinese politician. Bob was the second president of Spisos, he only ruled the country for a year. Bob was elected as the new president, after it was found out that Denver Gagnon rigged the votes of the Spinese elections, so he could rule the country longer.

Bob was a very controversial person. He did many unfavorable things during his time in office. Such as being racist and xenophobic towards other countries, like Sipedro, Yetia and especially Luxuria. He sent unsolicited nudes to random girls, and then shot up their houses after they called him out on what he did. He declared war on Celtic because he didn't consider them a country, and during the conflict, he sent literal children into the war, in hopes of stopping the countries attacking Spisos.

Bob lost the war, and was forced to resign. He spent the rest of his life as a homeless man. He was still involved in a few scandalous, such as trying to assassinate the fourth president of Spisos, Gerald. Punching an interviewer who was interviewing him. Getting arrested and put into Celtic Prison. Then escaping said prison. In the year 95, Bob died due to heart disease.
