King Leontios I Mallas was the former king of Moria and Paraleis, running the nation in a very militaristic manner in opposition to Polsk and aligned with Kanar to oppose them. Leontios came to power in Moria in 181, expanding his domain by defeating the Paraleis Proletarian State and Trosia to unify Paraleis.
