Pilirin was the current Electro Archon, and concurrently the God of Life, who presided over Baiame. A member of the Nine, he once ruled over a prosperous nation full of diverse fauna, flora, and landscapes, but since the Cataclysm, his nation has been weathered to sand and rock, and all that is left are the slowly crumbling ancient cities originally constructed among the vast deserts.
