actually significant change of principle! all the nations formed during the older claim systems meant to be "city states" before separation of lore and server have been resized to fit the canonically implied sizes of their nations!!!!!!! INCLUDING our national hellspawn Louisiana! which has been shrunken into one small nation on map, while lore-wise remaining separate microstates. Other nations to be changed include: Nay'Bling, Luvamatrilia
Theia doesn't really have any pure "city states" so they doont get this change
