The Imperial Governorate of Manzheboyi was a faction of the New Sizzlean Empire established in Eastern Java after the Later Empire Wars. When it was discovered by the still young Poavak they were instructed to attack it by Sizzle, leading to the Poavak-Manzheboyi War which Poavak managed to barely win.
