After 70 years, the final effects of the nuclear-bombs dropped during World War 20 dissipated which allowed the nations of Yata to re-assert control over their lost territories which had become 'unclaimed', though many new nations also arose from the ashes;

Elsewhere, the bandit crisis on Theia also came to a close which allowed nations to expand further into the Outback than before.
