After a year of existing, Rossiya held its first elections contested between the generally right-leaning '[[All-Rossiyan Congress]]', the generally left-leaning '[[New Communist Party Government]]', and the generally separatist '[[Coalition of Independent Peoples]]', with each of these coalitions being composed of numerous local parties. While the individual party which gained the most votes was the [[Minority Freedom Party]], due to votes being transferred onto second-favourite candidates the [[New Communist Party]] managed to win (Despite only having 30% of the vote) and form a minority government.
