The Anti-Empire Republic was an unrecognized republic operating as an anarchist commune located outside of [[Red City]]. The AER was primarily inhabited by [[Abard|Abardeans]] who didn't appreciate [[Red City]] being an empire due to their history with [[Sizzle]].<br />
