Avakism (Sometime sknown as Dualitism) is the state-religion of Poavak and also a long lasting mythology of the nation. Avakism is a very spiritual Polytheistic religion.

Book of Creation
The Book of Creation details how the gods were created and the world was formed. In the time before everything, there was a eternal darkness full of the Beastfolk, a sea of monsters and creatures. Two of the beastfolk however were different, after a unknown amount of time a large explosion happened in which two of them transformed into 2 human-looking beings. One of whom glowed orange and had fire, the other glowed blue. These were the God of the Sun and the God of the Moon. They began creating the universe on top of the darkness, this angered the beastfolk which merged together into the Corrupt God of Darkness and the Corrupt God of the Underworld. The 4 battled for control of the universe which was won by the God of the Sun and the God of the Moon. The God of Darkness and [[God of the Underworld were banished into the Void and the Underworld, from which the Sun God and the Moon god moved to the new universe they had made. They made a planet called "Yata" which they turned into their home. However the world was barren and without life, so the Sun god and Moon god made the lesser gods; the gods of Nature, Sea, Sky and Animals. The Lesser-Gods blessed Yata with all of their traits. The Lesser-Gods created all the other planets in the universe as well, however none of them were blessed by all of them like Yata was. The Lesser-Gods ascended to the Heavens in which they reside, the Sun god and the Moon god created the Sun and the Moon to watch over yata, their main planet. They also created Humanity as their children to watch over.

Book of Choice
The book of the Choice details how the Sun and Moon families were created, It is said that there were 4 people: Tukan, Rissi, Vaum and Rokath. Tukan and Rissi married and had children, Vaum and Rokath also married and had children. The Sun God chose Tukan and Rissi as his examples, and blessed their lineage with the sun. The Moon god chose Vaum and Rokath and blessed their lineage with the moon. It also deems that at Midnight Sun-Folk must pray at a Solar altar and Moon-Folk must pray at a Lunar altar., in which you will connect with the Lesser-god of your birth. The Lesser-God that chooses you will help you in times of need. Due to the connecting people must choose good decisions in life and your choices that align most with a god is the one you will join in the afterlife. The life goal is to not connect with a Corrupt-God being the God of Darkness and the God of the Underworld, connecting with one of them will either send you to the void when you die or the underworld when you die.

Sun/Moon Families
Sun-Folk are people descended from Tukan and Rissi and Moon-Folk]are people descended from Vaum and Rokath. Sun and Moon families cannot intermarry due to it being a sin. They also pray at different places.

Sacrifices
In the past human sacrifices were practised by Sun-Folk by throwing people into a volcano to satisfy the sun god, this however was restricted by the Poavakian Government due to it being seen as immoral.

Rissism (Avakist Altar of the Most Grandiose Divinity)
Rissism is a separate sect of Avakism which does not believe in the Lesser-Gods.
