Bakhtiyar Serikova was the former dictator of [[Turkestan|Futurist Turkestan]].

Bakhtiyar Serikova was born in [[Aralsk]] and lived there for most of his life until moving to [[New Sizzle]] when his nation conquered it. During his younger years he was a surrealist painter in [[Aralsk]] and eventually he bought into the Futurist Ideology that [[Yetia]] was exporting across the world. He started organising the local art wings into militia which was eventually joined by [[Turkestan|Turkestani]] nationalists and indepeneance movements. He led his forces in a rebellion based from [[Aralsk]] against the [[Sizzle|Sizzleans]] coercing [[Anakistan]] to join him. He eventually took [[New Sizzle]] and nearly [[Xining]] due to help from [[South Sizzle|Sizzlean Futurist Uprisings]] lead by [[The Enlightened One]]. He made peace with [[Sizzle]] and settled down for a while. His rule became unpopular due to his radical beliefs which caused some rebels such as the [[Alash Orda]] to rise up. He was almost overthrown in a world war however his real downfall was the [[Abyysky]] invasion of [[Tritonia]] leading to him being executed by [[Abyysky]]
