This 'Axis of Evil' was said to consist of the [[Aundzer Alliance]], [[Beijing Pact]], [[Niedereich]], all communist governments, [[Hongerswak]], [[Sarpistan]], [[Humambo]], [[Eteria]], [[Goldaria]], and others. In order to combat these evils, Yorica announced the beginning of the "[[World Defence Initiative]]" as an alliance standing against tyranny. [[Itachia]], [[Lizarb]] (under the influence of the [[Amazonas Cartel]]), [[Sipedro]], [[England]], [[Yetevia]], and [[Islandia]] all joined the WDI.
