* During [[Nihilantis-Incident-149]] several nations were brought there. Many of these were [[Theian]] nations, but some were not.
* Later on during the incident the leader of [[Palladia]] was treated for their injuries sustained in [[Level Fun]] within the Decrepit Hospital.
* In 215 [[Insurgency against Earthly Colonization of the Backrooms|Insurgency]] Forces entered the Decrepit Hospital via [[Drowned School]], and stormed much of the hospital's administrative areas. The local SDSB Garrison managed to hold out in the patient section of the colony long enough for reinforcements from [[Point Alpha]] to arrive, who promptly crushed the Insurgents, forcing them to retreat into the forest with no way of return.
