The '''Emiro Phantom''' was a [[Yorica|Yorican]] Crime Syndicate claiming to be a successor of the long-gone [[Emiro Spirit]] Syndicate. Unlike their predecessors, who mainly operated in more usual areas, the Phantoms primarily operated within [[Anomalous Locations|Anomalous Free-Ports]] in order to avoid detection by organizations such as the [[SDS Foundation]], despite never actually interacting with them. They did though come into conflict with the [[Ascendancy of the Nornir]], whom they often attempted to steal anomalous technology from. They were snuffed out by [[Yorica|Yorican]] law enforcement in 421.
