The most significant threat for the people still in the [[Backrooms]] had been a mysterious phenomenon known as '[[Fracture]]' for some time now as certain levels were slowly being torn apart due to the existence of the exit portal in [[Level 41]]. After years of the threat silently brewing, all of the sudden [[Level 38]], [[Level 40]], and [[Level 0.1]] suddenly disappeared without any discernible cause, ridding the Backrooms of 'Fracture' along with it. The [[SDSB]] theorised that this incident may of been because the 3 levels were not apart of the main Backrooms and instead they were within the 'extrauniversal' [[Outer Rooms System|Outer Rooms]], though any exact reasons could not be found.
