The Havana Pact was an alliance of communist nations located in Latin America that was founded by [[Dzaphania]] and [[Sipedro]] with the goal of reinstating communist influence in the region. Following the formation and subsequent defeat of the [[Union of America]], all other members than the two founders ([[Lizarb]], [[Cocala]] and [[Merida]]) were rendered defunct leaving the pact with only 2 members until each of their absorption into The Confederacy.
