In 348 the alliance was jointly reorganized into the IUWR by [[Siberia]] and the [[Union of America]] in the [[Rurikpavlovsk Agreement]], allowing for more international membership such as [[Volta]] and [[Hausaland]]. A few years later the leader of the IUWR, Siberia, unified into the [[Eurasian Confederacy]], leading to the alliance's leadership being reorganized into a rotating position. Following this point the alliance became slowly became de facto defunct as its member states slowly vanished off the map while the survivors didn't participate in the alliance, coming to its final conclusion in 392 once all member states were absorbed into [[The Confederacy]].
