Tens of millions of years ago, the Kings were a simple species that resided on the planet that would one day be known as "[[Planet-1C]]". Unlike a vast majority of the various biological species that has inhabited the galaxy, the Kings had evolved to be entirely immortal - a gift which they greatly appreciated. This all changed one day however, as the Kings came across the crystalized remains of a long-dead [[Deities|god]]. In their curiosity they collected the gemstones from the god's crystalized corpse, which granted them highly powerful abilities. While it initially seemed like they had 'struck gold', their species was met with a curse after desecrating the god's remains that completely stripped them of their immortality.
