			Half way through the war the [[Sizzlean-Yetian Acts of Union]] were signed, unifying Sizzle with [[Yetia]] as a far larger foe emerged to oppose Lineland, prompting them to unsuccessfully sue for peace, leading to Lineland preparing its armies for a difficult series of battles. SYE forces built trenches and advanced deep into unclaimed Manchuria, with Lineland using this advance as an opportunity to encircle and destroy a significant number of enemy forces. This loss angered the SYE, prompting them to turn up the brutality of their campaign by beginning massacres and fire-bombings against Lineland. Lineland advanced rapidly to stop this, only for the SYE to manage to cut them off and pull off a similar devastating defeat, which they responded to by a new general offensive to seize defendable territories while SYE forces involved with the encirclement moved northwards. The SYE attempted to cut off the enemy forces again by moving along the coast, successfully cutting off the enemy thanks to their numerical superiority and usage of napalm, leading to Lineland agreeing to a conditional peace offer by the SYE after it failed to seduce the newly formed [[Utsong]] into joining the war alongside it, with the SYE deciding to instead focus on easier targets..
