[[Lineland]] had by now captured all remaining soldiers of the previous government, allowing them to begin the 'Reinstitution Plan' to rebuild their former influence by issuing the '5 year plan' to begin modernization, coinciding with local autonomy being increased. Lineland decided to oppose the [[Aundzer Alliance]] despite being communistic, offering an alliance with [[Tritonia]] instead. Tritonia was caught very off guard, but was regardless open to the idea and signed a cooperation agreement with Lineland, leading to a similar agreement being signed with [[Minguo]]. Lineland initiated several infrastructure projects related to this move, building roads and railways along their mutual border.
