Hoping to avoid conflict between one another, Choros and Yetia signed a memorandum beginning official cooperation between one another in return for the territories of the Chorosian insurgents being handed over to them (incorporating [[Thessaloniki]], [[Southern Macedonia Province (Moesia)\|Southern Macedonia Province]], and [[North Epirus Province (Moesia)\|North Epirus Province]]).
