From what we do know, these communities were almost exclusively consisted of humans which had defected from their original colonial expeditions for their various personal reasons. These outcasts were hostile to the Theian natives, and over the course of a few decades, had displaced or killed the majority of them in the local region in favour of their ideal of the time of having a "pure" population of only humans. In light of these barbaric actions, modern day Myoeland denounces the ideologies of these communities and there is little persecution of Theian natives in Myoeland in the modern day.
