The NSE then decided to sell this device to the [[NLE]], who used it to fake [[New Luxurian Spisos|Spisos]] being unusually cooperative (which let to them freaking out and screaming) and to fake [[Hongerswak]] asking to join the empire (which they responded to by also screaming). The NSE then got sidetracked and began buying weapons from countries, with [[Sipedro]] being hesitant, [[Sizzle]] being unwilling and [[Lustland]] being ignored after it offered to give weapons in exchange for sex. The NLE ended up being the one who actually sold them guns due to their extreme wealth.
