Despite Nakmai banning gambling, Nay'Bling continued its operations and threatened to go further if necessary, prompting Nakmai to somewhat back down as they assumed the crisis would end on its own soon enough. Nakmai's assessment was wrong, as Nay'Bling began actively violating Nakmai's Anti-Homosexuality laws by displaying pride flags as well as denouncing communism. Nay'Bling and Poavak argued over this denouncement, as Poavak considered capitalism to just be dominance by the greedy instead of equal, while Nay'Bling called communism so corrupt that it made no difference. Poavak grew angry over their people migrating to Nay'Bling, prompting them to first demand that Nay'Bling fix it or there would be consequences, before escalating into demanding that Nakmai fix it or they themselves would, which Nakmai seemed to follow thru with as they cut off communications to the city. Poavak followed thru with its threats regardless and instigated a blockade around Nay'Bling, which caused riots in the city which Nakmai tried to stop via military force as the city devolved into chaos until the situation began to slowly calm down.
