'''Onaxus''' is a medium-sized terrestrial planet situated within the [[Onaxus System]] in the [[Dagda Galaxy|Dagda Galaxy's]] Inner Rim, being the sole permanently inhabited planet within its star-system (with all other planets only having a government-owned scientific or military stations). Onaxus is the homeworld of the [[Onaxunians]], an [[:Category:Avianoid Species|Avianoid]] sapient species which managed to found a civilization which later evolved into a world governent known as '[[The State of Onaxus]]', adopting a largely totalitarian communalistic government which has in recent years developed fairly basic [[FTL Travel]] capabilities, though the Onaxunians have not yet set up permanent civilian settlements beyond Onaxus. Onaxus is home to various continents dominated by grasslands and forests home to Phycoerythrin-based plantlife (giving the landmasses a red-tint when viewed from space) while the remaining 56% of the planet is covered by oceans.
