Thanks to open-air forested environment the Overgrown Reactor has grown a small but notable population of 32-43 permanent inhabitants and transitory visitors, of which most originally were residents of [[The Cave]] that wished to move away from its dark and claustrophobic environment. These inhabitants haven't aligned themselves with any major group or established their own, instead residing within a group of decentralized outposts located around the powerplant.
