Highly trained [[Morduria|Mordurian]] spies leaked [[Quatritonia|Quatritonian]] plans to expand east in order to establish major cities between the Aral and Caspian seas and on the northeastern corner of the Volga river. This was thought to either merely be an expansion plan, or a part of the so-called "Pan-Eurasion High Voltage Network", allowing the Quatritonian [[Laser Tower Array]] to expand further.

Later on, the spies would reveal continued expansion of the array as range-extending capacitors were installed on each node, leading to the combined tower count exceeding their current capacity so that future expansion would expand the array's range up to even [[Yetia City]].
