President [[Joko Widodo]] of [[Poavak]] reported that he had inexplicably become violently ill, which appeared to be incurable despite [[Luxuria]] sending medical professionals as his condition was unknown to science, with the only visible symptom being coughing up strange blue blood-like fluids. All of the sudden a coup occurred in Poavak as Joko Widodo's government was besieged by General [[Raja Laut]], who swiftly seized [[Jakarta]] and forced Joko to flee to [[Uwu]], [[Luxurian New Guinea]], [[Luxuria]] despite [[Flamingia]] and Luxuria attempting to stop the coup. After achieving victory, Raja Laut proclaimed the first [[Poavakian Empire]]. The new Empire's first act was to offer an alliance to [[Abard]] '''[[William Anssen's Return|Amirite]]''<nowiki/>', which one accepted lead to the official formation of the [[New Axis Powers]]. [[Sipedro]] ensured that [[Lineland]] did not join this Axis like it joined the [[Abard-Lineland Axis|last one]] during [[World War 2]].

Sipedro was eager to crush this new threat to global peace, but was encouraged to use restraint by [[Nakmai]] and Abard itself. Poavak was bad at preventing attacks though, as it began insulting several major [[New Allied League]] members such as Luxuria and Sipedro for no apparent reason, leading to [[Creepyland]] joining the Axis. Creepyland [[Poavak-Creepyland Dispute|tried to get nukes from Poavak again]], but failed due to Joko having deleted most of Poavak's nuclear secrets when he left the country. Creepyland and Sizzle argued by insulting the deaths of each other's cultural heroes. Poavak instructed its allies to become stronger and build up their militaries before they allowed any major conflicts to happen, which Poavak and Abard achieved via normal means and Creepyland achieved by robbing gun stores.
