After a while preparing for war, [[Sarpistan]] launched a sudden invasion of [[Alduria]] in order to reclaim lost lands. Sarpistan quickly occupied the Levant before pushing onwards into Anatolia, reaching the Black Sea and instigating a [[Hayasian Revolt of 121|Hayasian Revolt]] in the east of Alduria. Seeing no way to win as Sarpistan had even crushed the Hayasians, Alduria and Sarpistan signed a peace treaty which ceded back control over most of eastern Anatolia to Sarpistan.
