During [[World War 14]], [[Omnistat]] had nuked itself to the ground to avoid capture. After 2 years of silence, [[Texas]] and [[Sipedro]] decided to send an expedition to investigate after noticing signals in the radiation zone. The first organized settlement they came across was the '[[Baja California Commune]]' which had believed that a global nuclear apocalypse had occurred, so they rejoined Sipedro seeing as they were wrong. They eventually came across one of the signal sources, one of Omnistat's bunkers. Having been discovered, the Omnistat's soldiers rushed out and attacked the Sipedroans and Texans, though luckily the survivors in [[Nuevopedro]] were much more friendly as their country was restored. The trio quickly sent soldiers to destroy the Omnistat before it could become a threat again, leading to a significant conflict between the two groups, though eventually peace would be achieved as the Omnistat restored itself.
