			After the war, several nations such as Islandia and [[Texas]] found Sipedro's expansionism to be very concerning, which Sipedro itself agreed with as it boasted about tricking its public into electing a madwoman who would kill any dissenters without a second thought.

[[Itachia]] reacted harshly to the [[Sipedroan-Lustlandian War]], threatening military force which [[Sipedro]] disregarded as a non-threat, prompting Itachia to declare war on Sipedro. The first fighting was over the [[Panama Canal]], which Itachia tried to occupy. With the Panama front being largely a stalemate for both sides, Sipedro launched an invasion from its new Lustland territories, forcing Itachia into a defensive position where it held off the enemy thanks to its mountains and jungles. Itachia began a limited attack into Lustland while Sipedro bombed out the Itachian forces in panama, forcing them to retreat into the Andes as Sipedro pushed into Itachia from the northwest. Sipedro slowly advanced into Sipedro by making use of fire-bombing tactics, although each patch of land that was occupied was costly in both resources and lives as Itachia taunted them.
