After the [[Second Great Fire of Yetia]] began, [[Kelli Velvet]] and [[Henry El Fiesta]] began to argued over the situation, as Kelli finally decided to stand up for some-kind of moral framework and called the burning unjust and that he shouldn't be surprised that they nuked [[Fietrar]], leading to an arguement involving each other's 'relationship', Henry's actions, and that the child Kelli had with [[Koel El Fiesta-Von Karmen]] was actually Henry's culminating in [[Lustland]] declaring independence from the [[Sipedroan Empire]], soon to be followed by the [[Second United States of Yorica]]. The [[New Axis Powers]] largely withdrew support for Sipedro over this crisis, as they prepared to burn down my countries as a attack on Yorica was prepared... Only for it to be stopped as Koel revealed that he had survived his assassination and had recruited an army of thousands to overthrow Henry as the '[[New Sipedroan Republic]]' was declared in [[Merida]]. [[Creepyland]] began supporting the Empire because "it loved insane men", prompting [[Yorica]], [[England]], [[Ireland]], [[Waclaw]], [[Kalevala]], [[Nilastan]], and [[South Sarpistan]] to support the NSR. [[Nopedro]] involved itself in the conflict as people restored its existence after being invaded during the [[Second Yorican War of Independence & First Sipedroan-Nopedroan War]], quickly invading the north of the country around the same time that Yorica navally invaded the [[Rio Bravo Delta]]. Communist groups rose up in Baja California and declared the '[[Socialist Republic of Sipedroan California]]', finding themselves in an uneasy alliance with Nopedro. The Empire quickly began to be overwhelmed by its enemies as the NSR advanced rapidly, only to be outdone once Nopedro began sending in soldiers riding [[Dragons]] from the Great Basin. As the Empire was about to fully capitulate, Henry El Fiesta fled the country as the last remnants of Imperial holdings were seized by Nopedro and the NSR.

After the war concluded, the NSR requested that Nopedro and Sipedroan California rejoin it, which they refused as the two fully aligned with eachother to fight the NSR. Yorica deployed the [[1st Florida Division]] into the north-west, defeating Sipedroan California in Sonora. Seeing as the war was going nowhere, the NSR and Nopedro (which had absorbed Sipedroan California after Yorica lunged at it) agreed to a partition treaty in which the north of the country went to Nopedro and the rest went to the NSR, who held Fietrar. After the war Henry El Fiesta was put into a mental asylum, shortly being followed by Koel and Kelli Velvet officially divorcing, leaving Koel with Henry's child.
