While some investigation had uncovered that the one behind this was at least a surgeon, no actual details about who this could be were uncovered. With the situation continuing to get worse and worse the populace of Sizzle grew displeased with the government's lack of response, leading to protests and riots popping up throughout the country, completely shutting down regions such as [[New Sizzle]] and [[Xining]] with government services becoming fully ineffective in all regions apart from Beijing, where battles broke out between the '[[All-Sizzlean Movement]]' opposing the government and those that supported the government.
