'''The Forgotten''' is a [[Liminal Sub-Space]] within the [[Backrooms System]] that takes the form of a wooden mansion devoid of any light sources situated within a field that shares a similar darkness. Leaving the mansion is impossible as it has no doors or open windows, with all of its outermost barriers having some kind of indestructability. The mansion itself is divided into several 'segments'; A darker area home to long hallways and occasional furnished rooms, a lighter area home to a living room and various other amenities, a darker area home to 3 floors of unusual cages, a lighter area home to unusual fleshy growths and a kitchen, a chaotic winding basement found to an incoherent mess of broken and worm down rooms, and finally an unusual maze of wallpapered rooms accessible thru the basement. Most rooms throughout the mansion are fully furnished, though many are still unusually empty.

Due to The Forgotten's abnormally high concentration of entities found throughout the entire sub-space, it only has a meagre population of roughly 1-9 transitory visitors at any given time as of 446, of whom virtually none stick around for extended periods of time.
