[[Jakalaika]] sent a scouting fleet to investigate, noting drones assembling ships and a massive communications station beaming signals to the southern ocean and [[Kairelopia]], though soon this surveillance was stopped once the fleet noticed Jakalaika's presence and attacked their vessels, forcing them to flee.
