'''Vladimir Alsanov''' was a [[Yamalian]] Aristocrat who gained power after Yamalia's monarchist coup, notably disliking the leadership of [[Tank Fedorov|Tank]]. When [[Abyysky]] invaded he became the leader of the monarchist resistance against them and eventually set up the [[Kingdom of Katryk]] once Abyysky collapsed. He participated in a party in [[Hanoi]] leading to [[Tank]] beating him up. He went back to Yamalia and seized back control of [[Katryk]]. He eventually managed to negotiate a deal with [[Tank]] and they stopped hating eachother ont he condition Vladimir was able to take down [[Tank]] if he became corrupt again in [[Yamalia]]. After [[Danya Federov-Lipovsky|Danya]] became the ruler of Yamalia Vladimir attempted to take him down, although failed due to him only being allowed to do this against tank. He moved to [[Lineland]] and eventually worked his way into briefly becoming their tsar, though the [[Elmoists]] seized control and re-established [[Abyysky]] and executed Vladimir.
