After years of tensions caused by Kelli Velvet Remarrying, the New Sipedroan Republic sent a final ultimatum to Nopedro demanding that Fernando Sánchez should divorce Kelli Velvet immediately. Nopedro refused and explained why it thought Sipedro was essentially a monarchy due to being ruled by the same family since it was created, leading to the NSR launching an invasion of Nopedro in order to enforce their demands. Kauria and Yorica began supporting the NSR while Yetia and Lustland supported Nopedro. The NSR saw initial success until the amount of aid going to Nopedro was enough to allow them to begin fighting back, which only made the NSR's yelling about Kelli's injustices louder. Nopedro began militarizing the Dragons inhabiting the great basin, leading to the NSR freaking out over how to beat them as it considered reviving Godzilla to fight them, only for it to realise how crazy it sounded as it was considering reviving a destructive monster, prompting it to come to its senses and offer a peace treaty to Nopedro. Nopedro said they hated the NSR regardless of the Kelli situation and that they were surprised how easy to defeat they were, leading to them continuing the war as they rapidly marched into Fietrar. Seeing that the NSR was rapidly collapsing, Yorica intensified its support as it provided missiles to combat the dragons in order to bring forth somekind of stalemate.
