The Yatan-Theian Accord managed to finally gather 15 million volunteers for Humanity's first ever settlement program beyond the Alpha Sol System, deploying three space-arks on a 3-year-long journey to three nearby solar-system as "New-Hope" was sent to the Beta Sol System, "Farseeker" was sent to the Saleuyth System, and "Stellar-Dawn" was sent to the Proxima Centauri System with questions of how these territories would be governed being left to the Accord's government. The OMM trailed this mission, with their drones removing FTL-disruption mines left behind by extinct 'precursor races' which had once inhabited the galaxy. The CSIS kept trying to convince the YTA to refit their space-arks to be faster despite the YTA claiming that cutting down more would mean lowering their supply and habitat counts.
