Lineland was a minehut server which is mostly considered the predecessor of YATA. It is the namesake of Lineland, the country on YATA.
Lineland was created as a creative server between friends and existed as that for most of its history. It often reset due to Minehut ram limitations and not saving properly.
It was closed permanently after Peter nuked it during a Globalcraft downtime in which Hacked allowed people on Lineland.

Lineland was defeated and escaped to the Alicorn Kingdom. Together the 2 defeated luxuria and restored peace. Lineland eventually discovered islands which became islandia. On another reset Luxuria supported the independance of the countries of Poavak and Goldaria from Lineland. In the final reset the YATA country "Scandimar" was there.
