Dissatisfied with its defeat during the 25th Yetian Civil War, Chorosian loyalists revolted against their Italian occupiers as the Second Kingdom of Choros was proclaimed, leading to an Italian/Yetian invasion. The Italian protectorate in Yetia also was very unstable as monarchist elements coalesced around a man claiming to be known as "Charles Yetevia-Anssen". The situation in Yetia escalated to the point of conflict as the monarchist Yetian Royal Front, communist Fourth Yetian Red Army, and the liberal Second Yetian Liberation Front rose up throughout the country.
