After Great Sizzle activated its 'weather manipulation' weapons during the Sizzlean-Shenguese War, the ensuing events had awakened a second instance of SDS-003 who was unleashed into the pacific. The SDS estimated that it would eventually reach Floria after first travelling in a spiral path through the pacific by first heading northwards then east, south, and west according to the SDS' best estimates as it moved into the pacific.
