Yoph Fiyakyi, often known by the latinised names Iota Ophiuchi or Iophiuchi, is a planet located in the Empyrium. It is located in the binary Yoph system (to which it also owes its common name), of which it is the capital. Iophiuchi is a hothouse world covered in a dense atmosphere, but has thin habitable bands like the planet Beta Venera. The planet has no clear-cut seasons as it takes thousands of years to orbit its incredibly luminous star (which is in fact a stellar binary.) Like all other planets in the system, it is a free world that is not governed by the Empyrium's Imperial Authority.
