The Invirian Ascendancy (known simply as Invirian) is a collective of star systems located northwest of the galactic centre in the Center Rim, and is an enclave of the Empyrium. To the wider galaxy, it is an unchartered region located in what is known as the Alkidian Superanomaly, believed to be inaccessible due to the presence of voidspace anomalies that prevent FTL travel.
