The Third Confederation of Kauria, commonly known as the Kaurian Confederation or simply Kauria, is a semi-presidential republic comprising primarily of the North American coastal territories and the island of Greenland. It is the nominal successor to both the Second Confederation of Kauria and the island nation of Cajilia. The nation was founded after instability within the defunct Yatan-Theian Federation led to an uprising within the former Cajilian capital of Port Alexandria, quickly spreading across the region into the major cities of Ganaqq and Iqaluit, resulting in the agreement of a formation of a nominally independent Confederation.
