With the Yetian-Apothilene War proving that the New World Order wasn't impenitrable, Nilastan proposed that the Free Coalition and Aundzer Alliance launch an attack on the enemy sooner rather than later in order to exploit their current weaknesses. Both factions accepted, prompting them to search for additional allies, which was unsuccessful with Luxuria and successful with Kauria.
