The Pentarchic Dominion of Myoeland, more commonly known as Myoeland, is a sovereign state located in central Theia within the Occidentalis and Costastralia regions. Myoeland was founded following the unification of several small communities of primarily human outlaws and outcasts, after the conclusion of the Koth Wars in 214 CE.
History
Before Myoeland (116-214 CE)
The prior identities of the communities in soon-to-be Myoeland are mostly unknown due to a lack of recorded history before Myoeland became a recognised sovereign state. From what we do know, these communities were almost exclusively consisted of humans which had defected from their original colonial expeditions for their various personal reasons. These outcasts were hostile to the Theian natives, and over the course of a few decades, had displaced or killed the majority of them in the local region in favour of their ideal of the time of having a "pure" population of only humans. In light of these barbaric actions, modern day Myoeland denounces the ideologies of these communities and there is little persecution of Theian natives in Myoeland in the modern day. Even so, it's a stretch to say that Myoeland is a welcoming nation for Theian natives due to its well-known past, thus resulting in the Myoean population consisting of about 96% humans and 4% Theian natives.
Many of these communities thrived through the extraction of copper rich minerals near Mount Koth, through the production of drugs that are illegal in most nations or by raiding nearby settlements and communities for resources. Though these past communities were typically disorganised, the extraction, refinement and trade of copper from copper rich silt, locally known as bloodsand, is still major industry to this day in Myoeland.
