The Latina Nuclear Plant is a

The Latina plant was the product of a generation of Macanese masterminds, and was to be constructed in Delacor, Macanaland. However, setbacks meant that the project was scrapped in favour of new potato farmlands to feed the fast-growing population which was seen as a priority. However, a random apparition recreated the project as a middleroom. People can enter Latina from the backroom level 42, OR enter it from frontroom Macanaland, but backroomers cant cross to Macanaland or vice versa, making the Latina plant the perfect rendezvous point for communication between the backrooms and the frontrooms. However, the major setback is that the area is extremely radioactive and dilapidated, with nuclear fallout sometimes falling like rain, and cranes and scaffolding collapsing all around.
