Summary
This was the first draft of Galaxy Map v2!! As you can see prior to me fixing it Unknown Space wasx called Wild Space and it was a Significantly Smaller Tumour instead of the lore-wise unclear place it is nowadays!! its not really that unknown there isn'¨t a reason for it to be unknown or well the rims names are from the POV of the post-sollurians (so galfed & its founders) in universe they'd probably be the only ones who use the rims as terms exclusively ok ok ill come up with a reason rn ok so unknown space is the area that the ancient pre-galfeds didnt explore because like. varinn came from there and they were like enemies because varinn is a morally questionable hell society i haven't delved into them its been 2 years varinn was revealed to me in a dream
